Terms and Conditions

Agreement to be Bound: By using our services or visiting our premises, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
Definitions: In these Terms and Conditions, "we" refers to Pure Casino Calgary, a land-based casino located in Calgary, Alberta, Canada.
Gambling Age Restrictions: Our establishment is restricted to individuals who are of the legal age for gambling, which is 18 years old. You must provide proof of age upon request.
Responsible Gambling: We participate in Alberta's responsible gambling framework and promote responsible gaming practices among our patrons.
Liability Limitations: In no event shall we be liable to you or any third party for direct, indirect, incidental, special, punitive or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or facilities.
Intellectual Property: All intellectual property rights in and to our premises, including but not limited to its name, logo, designs and layouts, are owned by us or licensed by third parties.
Termination: We reserve the right to terminate your access to our services or facilities at any time without prior notice for any reason whatsoever.
Changes to Terms and Conditions: These Terms and Conditions may be amended from time to time. You agree to abide by any changes made to these terms.
Governing Law: These Terms and Conditions shall be governed exclusively by the laws of the Province of Alberta, Canada.
Entire Agreement: This agreement constitutes the entire understanding between you and us with respect to your use of our services or facilities.
Compliance with Regulations: We comply fully with all applicable federal, provincial, and local regulations regarding gaming operations in Alberta, including but not limited to those set forth by the Gaming Control and Licensing Branch (GCLB) of the Government of Alberta.
Confidentiality: You acknowledge that information shared between you and us is confidential and agrees to maintain such confidentiality as required under applicable law.
Payment Terms: All payments made through our facilities are non-refundable, except in cases where we deem otherwise necessary to rectify an issue with a gaming machine or game provided by the manufacturer.
Data Protection: We collect your personal data and use it for marketing purposes, to improve customer service, and to comply with regulatory requirements. You consent to our collection and processing of such information under applicable laws.
Dispute Resolution: Disputes arising from these Terms and Conditions shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the Alberta Arbitration Act (1991).
Notice Periods: In cases where notice is required, we will provide written notice to you at least 30 days prior to termination of services or implementation of changes.
Consequences of Non-Compliance: Failure to comply with these Terms and Conditions may result in your access being terminated without refund for any deposit, ticket or other service purchased by the individual(s) concerned.
Jurisdictional Issues: In cases where disputes arise between you and us concerning jurisdictions outside Canada, such matters shall be governed solely by Canadian law as it applies to Alberta, with applicable jurisdiction lying exclusively in Calgary courts (Alberta), unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
Data Transfer: By entering this casino, you permit the transfer of data across international borders if necessary for the gaming operation or resolution of a matter related thereto.
Exclusion Clause: We disclaim liability to any person who is self-excluded under section 21 (1)(a) of the Gaming Control and Licensing Act RSA 2000 cG-25 as per regulatory requirements in Alberta, Canada.

By using our services or visiting our premises you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

Pure Casino Calgary reserves the right to modify its policies at any time without prior notice.
